SECTION 01

Store Operator & Acceptance

Veltranogo™ is the trading brand used for this store by Hangzhou Qianmei Technology Co., Ltd. In these terms, “we” and “our” identify that operator, while “you” identifies the visitor or customer. Our company and support details are provided below.

Review these terms and the linked store policies before using veltranogo.com or submitting a purchase. They describe the relationship between the store and its customers. If you do not accept the applicable terms, do not place an order.

SECTION 02

Eligibility

You must be at least 18, or otherwise have reached the legal age and capacity required for a binding purchase in your jurisdiction. A younger person may use the store only with appropriate parent or guardian involvement.

The person placing an order must be authorized to use its payment method and provide accurate information. Product-specific restrictions, where applicable, remain in effect.

SECTION 03

Customer Accounts

If you use a customer account, keep your name, contact information, and delivery details current. Protect the sign-in method and any verification codes associated with your account; do not share access with an unauthorized person.

Contact support promptly if an unfamiliar order, changed address, or other activity suggests your account has been used without permission. We may request reasonable verification before discussing or changing an order.

SECTION 04

Product Information

Product listings describe the available model, package, specifications, price, and stock status. Veltranogo™ carries hand tools, electrician pliers, screwdriver and bit sets, measuring instruments, garden pruners, powered screwdrivers, glue guns, and maintenance accessories.

Before ordering, check sizes, measurement units, bit profiles, compatible materials, voltage or charging requirements, and included parts. A descriptive name such as “professional” does not establish an unlisted certification, insulation rating, or suitability for every trade application.

Photography and screen settings may affect color. Minor cosmetic differences can occur, but material differences in specification, function, safety, or package contents should be reported for review.

SECTION 05

Order Submission & Acceptance

Submitting an order is a request to buy the items selected. An automatic confirmation acknowledges receipt; payment authorization, stock checks, and fulfillment review may still be necessary before acceptance or dispatch.

We may reasonably decline, restrict, or cancel an order for reasons including:

• Unsuccessful payment or inability to verify authorization.
• Evidence of fraudulent or abusive ordering.
• Unavailable stock or an inability to deliver.
• A material error in price or product information.
• Legal, product-handling, or destination restrictions.

If we cancel an order for which funds were collected, the appropriate amount will be refunded. We will not impose a higher undisclosed price to resolve a listing error.

SECTION 06

Prices, Taxes & Payment

Prices are displayed in USD unless a different currency is clearly identified. Before payment, checkout shows the selected products, applicable shipping charges and taxes, any accepted discount, and the final total.

Review that total and the billing and delivery information carefully. By submitting payment, you confirm your authority to use the method selected. Your financial institution may apply separate conversion or international-transaction fees. See Payment & Security for further details.

SECTION 07

Processing & Shipping

Orders usually require 2–4 business days of processing after payment confirmation. During holidays, promotions, or unusually heavy demand, processing may take up to 5 business days.

Standard transit for supported U.S. destinations is normally 10–15 business days after dispatch. Processing and transit are separate periods, and arrival estimates are not guaranteed dates. Checkout identifies available delivery options and charges. Our Shipping Policy covers tracking, delays, address corrections, split shipments, and delivery issues.

SECTION 08

Returns & Refunds

Request an eligible preference return within 30 calendar days after confirmed delivery. Return condition, authorization, exclusions, and shipping-cost rules are explained in the Return & Refund Policy.

After an approved return reaches the designated facility and passes inspection, we normally initiate the eligible refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. The payment provider may need additional posting time. Approved returns have no restocking fee; mandatory legal refund deadlines take precedence.

SECTION 09

Damaged, Incomplete, or Incorrect Orders

Inspect the package and its contents soon after arrival. Please report damage, missing accessories, the wrong model, a defect, or a material difference from the listing promptly, preferably within 7 calendar days.

Include the order number and clear photos or video of the issue; packaging and label photos may help with transit damage. Stop using an unsafe tool. For a confirmed problem attributable to us, we will arrange an appropriate return, replacement, reshipment, refund, or other suitable remedy without additional costs caused by our error. This reporting request does not remove statutory rights.

SECTION 10

Order Changes & Cancellations

Email support immediately if you need to change an address, item, quantity, or cancel. We will try to assist before fulfillment begins. Once picking, packing, shipment preparation, or dispatch is underway, an alteration may no longer be possible.

There is no cancellation fee when we successfully cancel an order before fulfillment. Any separate cancellation or refund rights required by law continue to apply.

SECTION 11

Promotions & Discount Codes

Each promotion may specify an end date, minimum order value, eligible products, usage limit, or other conditions. Availability may depend on stock and the terms of the particular offer.

Apply a code before paying and check the resulting total. Unless the offer states otherwise, discounts cannot be exchanged for cash or combined. A sale price alone does not make a product non-returnable.

SECTION 12

Product Use & Safety

Follow the manual, labels, product specifications, and appropriate safety practices for the actual tool. Select compatible bits and accessories, check the condition before use, and wear suitable protective equipment. Secure the workpiece and stay within the stated operating limits.

Disconnect power before adjustment where applicable. Do not assume ordinary pliers or handles protect against live electrical circuits. Avoid direct eye exposure to laser beams. Cutting edges, heated glue-gun nozzles, small parts, and batteries require careful handling and storage away from children.

For work requiring a licensed trade or safety-critical expertise, obtain qualified help. Website content does not replace the supplied instructions or a professional assessment.

SECTION 13

Bulk Purchases & Resale

Contact support before placing an unusually large, wholesale, or resale order. We need to confirm stock, suitable delivery arrangements, and any terms specific to the request; standard retail availability does not guarantee bulk supply.

Buying products does not by itself authorize you to describe yourself as a Veltranogo™ distributor, representative, partner, or approved retailer. Any such relationship requires separate written authorization.

SECTION 14

Intellectual Property

Branding, product photographs, website text, graphics, layouts, and other protected materials remain the property of their respective owners or licensors. Our use of third-party names does not transfer rights in those names.

Access is provided for legitimate browsing, shopping, and related activities. You may not republish, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit protected content without appropriate authorization, except where applicable law permits it. A purchase does not grant ownership of website content or an unrestricted license to use our branding.

SECTION 15

Reviews & Customer Content

Where a review or upload feature is available, submit only content you have the right to share. Reviews should reflect an honest experience and should not expose another person's private information or infringe their rights.

By submitting material for publication, you provide a non-exclusive, royalty-free permission to host, display, reproduce, and format it for operating and promoting the store, subject to applicable law and the Privacy Policy. We may moderate misleading, abusive, infringing, unlawful, or unrelated submissions.

SECTION 16

Prohibited Conduct

Do not misuse the store or its services. Prohibited conduct includes:

• Fraudulent orders or unauthorized payment information.
• False identity claims or misrepresentation of a relationship with the brand.
• Malicious software, security interference, or unauthorized account access.
• Unlawful collection of information about other customers.
• Infringement of intellectual-property, privacy, or other legal rights.

We may restrict access, cancel affected orders, or take other proportionate steps to address identified abuse, subject to applicable law.

Third-Party Services & Links

Shopify and independent providers support checkout, payment, fulfillment, delivery, communications, analytics, and other store functions. Their own services and data practices may be governed by separate terms.

A link to another website does not mean we control its content, availability, or practices. Review the terms of that destination before using it. Our use of providers does not remove responsibilities we owe you under mandatory law.

SECTION 18

Events Outside Reasonable Control

Weather emergencies, transport interruptions, labor disruption, government action, customs processing, infrastructure failures, and widespread provider outages may affect an order.

When such events arise, we will review available information and explain relevant next steps. These circumstances do not eliminate any obligation to give required delay notices, obtain necessary delay consent, or provide cancellation and refund remedies required by law.

Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

General website information and store services are provided subject to the express commitments made for your order and any warranties imposed by law. No general description guarantees that every tool will suit every material, environment, or application.

Where permitted by applicable law, liability for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive losses may be limited. No part of these terms excludes responsibility, warranties, remedies, or consumer protections that the law does not allow us to exclude. Product-specific and mandatory rights remain effective.

SECTION 20

Applicable Law & Disputes

Transactions remain subject to applicable law and any mandatory consumer protections associated with the customer or transaction. These terms do not choose a forum or procedure that strips away a non-waivable right.

If an issue arises, contact support with the order information and requested resolution so we can investigate in good faith. Either party retains the remedies lawfully available if the issue cannot be resolved directly.

SECTION 21

Severability & No Waiver

If a provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent allowed by law. The affected provision should be treated only as broadly as the law permits.

A delay in enforcing a term, or a decision to help with a particular request, does not automatically waive that term for future situations or change other rights.

SECTION 22

Updates to These Terms

We may revise these terms when our products, services, technology, procedures, or applicable requirements change. The current version will appear here with its update date.

The terms applicable when an order is placed generally govern that purchase unless the law requires otherwise. A later revision does not retroactively remove rights from an existing transaction. Keep a copy of the order confirmation and policies relevant to your purchase.
